Next September, we're taking that idea to sea.
For seven days, a small group of us will live aboard the MV Markan, a private 160-foot yacht, as she moves from island to island along Croatia's Dalmatian Coast. Mornings begin with movement on deck. Days open onto quiet bays, stone villages, and water clear enough to see the seabed from the swim platform. Evenings end at a long table with good wine and better company.
Experience-focused. Fitness-founded. The morning movement is what lets you say yes to everything else: the swims, the island trails, the unhurried walks through old harbor towns.
THE YACHT
The MV Markan is ours alone for the week. Every stateroom has its own bathroom, and nine sit on the upper deck with private balconies facing the sea. There's a 2,700-square-foot sundeck with a jacuzzi, a swim platform for stepping straight into the Adriatic, and a dinghy and paddleboard for reaching the coves.
THE DAYS
Strength & Vitality: Morning sessions on deck with me, and yoga with our featured co-leader, Felicity.
Adventure & Exploration: Swimming in secluded coves, hiking island paths, and afternoons in towns like Korčula.
Connection & Celebration: Long lunches, sunset wine, and conversations that run late.
Space to Restore: Unscheduled hours, a book on the top deck, nowhere you need to be.
PRIORITY ACCESS
We're keeping this voyage intentionally small, sailing well below the yacht's capacity of 36, so there's room to breathe and time for the conversations that make these weeks what they are.
Only nine staterooms are upper-deck VIP cabins with private balconies facing the sea. Members of the Priority List will have first access to available cabins when reservations open. You'll also receive the full itinerary and pricing before anyone else.
